Our live-stream classes for Fitness, Pilates, and Yoga via Zoom are available every morning at 8:00 a.m. This enables you to participate from the comfort of your own home using only your phone or computer.
Rhona's Bodyworks offers fitness classes on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Our Yoga class is scheduled for Tuesdays, while CoreFIT Pilates is on Thursdays.
